Indonesia’s OT Group has added a new range of children’s flavoured milk under the Tango label. The new product is called Tango Kido and is available in three flavours – strawberry, chocolate and banana.
Tango Kido contains omega 3 and 9, calcium, biotin and 7 vitamins to support children’s growing up needs.
Tango Kido is different from the existing Tango milk-based drinks, which are positioned more towards young adults with Velluto featuring Italian chocolate flavour and Don Petro with the melted vanilla ice cream flavour.
The launch of Tango Kido is expected to intensify competition in the children’s flavoured milk segment in Indonesia. It also comes on the heels of another major launch by Wings Food with Milku into the same space, which is a clear sign that other non-dairy FMCG companies are showing a strong interest in the dairy market.
Tango milk is also available for all ages.
