Vissan launches spring rolls made from 5 types of mushrooms and fungus

To meet greater consumer interest for a balanced and healthy diet, Vissan has introduced plant-based spring rolls in Vietnam made from 5 types of mushrooms/fungus. The new spring roll features shiitake mushroom, abalone mushroom, king oyster mushroom, wood ear fungus and snow fungus. The target consumers are vegetarians and vegans as well as those who are into the plant-based diet.
