Cheongdam-Jaya at IOI Mall Putrajaya in Malaysia has announced the launch of a new range of drinks featuring the use of Barbican. Priced at RM 18.90 per glass, the colorful mocktails are made with Barbican, a brand of non-alcoholic malt drink that is certified halal by Indonesia’s LPPOM MUI. This is an interesting example of how a foodservice operator in Malaysia is using Barbican to craft a new range of drinks.
