Coffee specialty house Black Canyon has unveiled a range of plant-based foods and drinks in Thailand. The plant-based foods start from THB 108 and are available at 27 outlets in Bangkok.
Interestingly, Black Canyon launched the new plant-based menu at the end of December 2020 and not during the usual Vegetarian Festival held during October annually. However, the launch coincided with Veganuary, which has inspired people to go vegan during the month of January.
The plant-based menu targets consumers who opt for healthy eating and those who are interested in the plant-based trend. The new menu propels Black Canyon into the plant-based arena.
