Emina Cheese Indonesia, the joint venture between Rokko Butter Co and trading giant Mitsubishi Corp, has finally ventured into sliced cheese. Emina Slice Cheese is available in chocolate cheddar, cheddar and mozzarella. Moving into sliced cheese enables Emina to tap into the popularity of sliced cheese in food preparation.
Emina currently sells block cheese and stick cheese where the company has recently given the cheese stick a packaging makeover.
