Healthy Asian dishes Hong Tang has partnered with Mayora Indah’s RTD tea Teh Pucuk Harum to create the new Kesegaran Asia (Refreshing Asia) series. Hong Tang is known for its Taiwanese-inspired desserts featuring grass jelly, pudding, red bean and taro. The Kesegaran dessert series comprise the following:
- Asian Pucuk Favorite (IDR 38,000)
- Asian Pucuk Classic (IDR 37,000)
- Asian Pucuk Signature (IDR 35,000)
What is special about the new collaboration is a special Teh Pucuk Harum sorbet is present in each of the dessert as the extra topping.
This is a good example of how RTD tea can extend its brand into foodservice dessert menu.
