MO BAR is launching Whisky Thursdays on 28 January (6-9pm) which will run every Thursday of the month where guests are invited to enjoy three different whiskey expressions from one distillery. The first event will feature Scott Fitzgerald, Manager of Engagement and Education at Remy Cointreau, who will showcase the Bruichladdich Islay Barley Whisky, Port Charlotte 10 Whisky and Octomore 9 Whisky. Available at S$58++, the whisky and food pairing is inclusive of three whisky and four bar bites for guests to indulge in.
In February, MO BAR continues the ongoing Champagne and Oyster promotion with a special edition featuring Stranger and Sons on 3 February (6-9pm) and Kaustubh Singh Negi from The Old Man Singapore and the Friday Seafood and Gin promotion (6-9pm) tie-up with Amass Gin to spotlight Jeremy Chua as guest bartender.
To kick off the Lunar New Year celebrations, MO BAR is running an exclusive Bacardi DJ Masterclass with DJ Dispensary that will be for reservations only. Happening on 12 February (1.30-4.30pm), registered guests will receive a complimentary Lunduso from MO BAR’s Volume III Menu, made of Bacardi 4, black rice and sesame, a DJ Dispensary shirt and a special price for all Bacardi’s Cocktails at S$22++. The regular ala carte menu will also be available.
On 13 February (12-3pm), MO BAR will have a Lady Amarena Brunch to guest star award-winning bartenders from 2018 and 2019 with a guest shift brunch to celebrate the second day of the Lunar New Year. On Valentine’s Day (6-9pm), MO BAR is collaborating with Bombay Sapphire and Oxley to run a special Gin and Food Pairing at S$58++ for this special occasion.
Looking towards 19 February (6-9pm), MO BAR will be partnering with Botanist Gin to feature Paul Hammond and Priscilla Kinezaki for the Friday’s Seafood and Gin promotion and partner with Campari separately on 22 February (2-4pm) to run a special photography and videography Masterclass to feature Dave Jhonny.
