Vitamin-fortified sauces launched by Food Factors

Food Factors Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Singha Corp Ltd, has launched Kitchen Thai, which is a new range of vitamin-fortified sauces. The new range consists of Soy Sauce, Seasoning Sauce and Oyster Sauce that have been naturally aged for 12 months.

The vegetarian-friendly sauces feature vitamin A, B12 and D. They are low in sodium and free from MSG.

We are seeing brands fortifying their sauces/seasonings with vitamins and minerals to promote healthy eating.
