Australia-based Cérge Tech is making its Singapore debut with a mission to improve
inclusivity of recreational venues and activities
Singapore, 21 November 2025 — Launched in 2018 as the world’s first indoor suspended playground, AIRZONE is proud to be Singapore’s first attraction onboarded onto inclusive digital platform, Cérge Tech. Located in City Square Mall, the playground, which features levels of bouncy nets from levels 2 to 6, will also be introducing a refreshed play experience that now includes multi-level Laser Tag and Silent Disco.
What is Cérge Tech
Headquartered in Queensland, Australia, Cérge Tech is making its first foray into Southeast Asia via this collaboration with AIRZONE. The digital accessibility companion website enables Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and their caregivers to access key information about participating sporting, leisure, education and tourism venues prior to their visit. The platform provides users information regarding a destination’s accessibility and sensory experience, as well as available support services. The platform takes invisible disabilities into consideration and includes expected sensory stimuli such as lighting and sound. This empowers users to make more informed decisions prior to their visit and reduces feelings of anxiety or uncertainty.
The guides on Cérge Tech also include a virtual tour and an audio guide powered by A.I.,
allowing visitors to better plan and navigate their experiences. This service also allows
parents who require strollers to plan their routes accordingly.
The platform also offers onboarded destinations such as AIRZONE, a plug and play solution, to provide more inclusive experiences and to increase awareness among PWDs and their caregivers. It equips venues with the necessary awareness, training, and information to better prepare their staff, ensuring a more welcoming and inclusive experience for PWDs.
“We are proud to partner with AIRZONE to create a play experience where everyone can
enjoy active fun without barriers. This partnership with AIRZONE exemplifies how technology can transform the way we experience public spaces. We hope that this will encourage other attraction venues in Singapore to partner with us to make shared spaces
more inclusive,” said Chris Kerrisk, Co-founder of Cérge Tech.
This partnership also aligns with City Square Mall’s broader commitment to inclusivity and
community engagement. As a dynamic family-friendly hub, the mall places an emphasis on creating spaces that welcome visitors of all ages as well as PWDs.
Newly-added Inclusive Play Features on AIRZONE
From inception, AIRZONE was designed to be enjoyed by a wide range of visitors, from
toddlers to active seniors. Through the years, AIRZONE has received a number of returning visitors with disabilities which has spurred on their desire to make adjustments to their offerings in order to facilitate the participation of a wider range of visitors.
As the first attraction to be onboarded on the Cérge Tech platform, AIRZONE is also
introducing a range of technology-enhanced experiences designed to appeal and cater to
PWDs. These include activities such as laser tag and silent disco which can be enjoyed from the sidelines, without having to step onto the nets. This makes it possible for PWDs who require mobility equipment to also participate in activities their family and friends partake in.
In addition to supporting PWDs, these activities are also designed to be age-inclusive,
allowing seniors to participate in the fun, creating a truly multi-generational experience. By offering activities that cater to different accessibility needs, AIRZONE aims to create an
enjoyable and inclusive environment that allows every visitor to enjoy experiences that suit them best.
“At AIRZONE, we believe that play should be accessible to everyone. Our partnership with
Cérge Tech reinforces our commitment to inclusivity by ensuring that all guests, regardless of accessibility or sensorial needs, can enjoy themselves at AIRZONE with confidence and ease,” said Sam Chiu, Co-founder of AIRZONE.
“It is encouraging to see attractions like AIRZONE taking the lead in making play more inclusive. Visiting new places can sometimes feel overwhelming, but having clear information about accessibility guides helps to give me the confidence to visit and fully enjoy the experience,” said Mdm Mdm Siti Fadillah Binte Mohamed Noor, 47, caregiver of a son with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.
Visitor Guidelines and Information for Interested Recreational Destinations
AIRZONE is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. To
ensure a comfortable visit, the attraction has a maximum capacity of 59 pax at any one time, with around 20 pax per level. There is also a maximum allowable weight of 120kg for participants. For the best AIRZONE experience, visitors are advised to avoid wearing skirts or dresses.
Single admission tickets are priced from $27.90 for a 60 minute session, with group packages available too. Visitors can opt for AIRZONE’s Flexi Promise coverage at an additional fee of $1.50, which allows guests to reschedule their booking in the event of
unforeseen circumstances. This safeguard measure is applicable to all standard tickets, 4
