Thai Theparos Co., Ltd., the company behind Sriracha Panich chili sauce, has teamed up with After You, the operator of AFTER YOU dessert café, to create a new summer menu item Mangonada Sriracha Kakigōri featuring both spicy and sweet flavours.
According to Thai Theparos, previously, consumers linked chili sauce only with very spicy savoury foods. Now, the company is showing the versatility of Sriracha Panich with both savoury and sweet dishes.
The menu highlight features a blend of ripe and unripe mango shaved ice, topped with sweet and sour mango, and a final touch of salty-spicy Sriracha chili sauce and plum powder to balance the sweetness.
The Mangonada Sriracha Kakigōri is available from 10 April 2025 to 10 May 2025 (for 1 month) or until supplies last.
