At SIAL InterFOOD 2025, Saudi Arabia’s Esnad brand showcased its range of condiment, including Mandi Seasoning, Kabssa Rice Spices, Shawarma Seasoning, Seven Spices, and Albait Broast Mix in both Original and Spicy variants.

With Indonesia’s large Muslim population and its increasingly adventurous food culture, Middle Eastern cuisine presents significant opportunities for both foodservice operators and retail markets. Products like Esnad’s seasonings make it easier for restaurants, catering businesses, and home cooks to recreate authentic dishes such as mandi rice, kabsa, and shawarma, while also inspiring fusion menus that blend Middle Eastern spices with local Indonesian ingredients.
