Benzol Cafe in Thailand has introduced Solar Sparkling, a new sparkling kaempferia (fingerroot) coffee with vitamin C. This innovation taps into the current strong consumer interest in kaempferia as a form of self care against COVID-19. The sparkling drink also contains vitamin C, which is also in line with the current vitamin-fortified beverage trend in the country.
