Singapore’s noodle maker Hiap Giap Food Manufacture Ptd Ltd has showcased its latest innovation – Good Gut at FHA, Food & Beverage Asia 2022. Good Gut is is said to be the first noodle in Singapore made with lactobacillus. It is formulated with high nutrients, high fibre, antioxidants and lactobacillus, which helps to support your digestive health.
According to the company, on Good Gut noodle is equivalent to one cultured milk and has billions of good bacteria.
We see great potential to upgrade noodles including instant noodles into healthier choices so that consumers can receive essential nutrients during the mealtime.
