Cassava chip brand Kusuka goes for sweet potato with latest Kusuka Ubi Mix

CV Arira Pangindo, the maker of Kusuka cassava chips in Indonesia, has unveiled its latest Kusuka Ubi Mix Original. The company is using locally-grown sweet potato as the new ingredient base to offer consumers a new snack that is free from gluten and high in fibre.

The sweet potato snack taps into the current K-food-inspired goguma or sweet potato trend in the Indonesian snack industry spearheaded by Nabati.
