DaVinci Gourmet by Kerry unveiled its latest Xtracts range at the Malaysia International Food and Beverage Exhibition (MIFB) 2026, held from 15–17 July in Kuala Lumpur.
DaVinci Gourmet Xtracts are Kerry’s concentrated flavor solutions created for cafés, bubble tea shops, and beverage manufacturers. Designed to deliver intense flavor without added sugar, they give operators flexibility to control sweetness and craft authentic tea or fruit bases with ease.
The collection features 10 flavours spanning classic, floral, and fruity profiles, plus one exclusive creation:

- Classic: Velvety Vanilla, Roasted Hazelnut, Buttery Caramel
- Floral: Elderflower Bloom, Sakura Blossom, Fragrant Jasmine
- Fruity: Zesty Yuzu, Lush Peach, Berry Strawberry
- Exclusive: Palo Santo, co‑created with 2024 World Barista Champion Mikael Jasin
While many players are moving into sugar‑free offerings, DaVinci takes it a step further with unsweetened flavour bases. This shift positions Xtracts not just as low‑sugar, but as modular building blocks that let cafés and bubble tea shops decide exactly how much sweetness to add — or none at all. It taps into the broader customisation trend, where consumers want control over sugar levels and the freedom to mix and match flavours for a personalised experience.
For Davinci Gourmet Xtracts Berry Strawberry, the ingredients are water, glycerol, flavorings, citric acid, malic acid, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, xanthan gum, plain caramel, Allura Red AC, brilliant blue FCF, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.
