Nissin Foods Singapore and Irvins have teamed up to introduce the NISSIN x IRVINS Bowl Noodle – Carbonara Salted Egg Flavour, launched in July 2026 under the collaboration series. This new product combines Irvins’ signature salted egg with the richness of classic carbonara, delivering smoky‑meaty notes, umami depth, and a touch of aromatic herbs.
The flavour is carried on Nissin’s smooth, flat, and chewy mee pok noodles, complemented by the brand’s first‑ever fish‑based ham garnish, iconic egg crumbs, and an optional chilli powder sachet for a customisable spicy kick. Consumers can enjoy it mild and creamy by default or spice it up to taste.
Nissin Foods Singapore and Irvins have collaborated in the past to launch other salted egg noodle innovations including original, spicy, reinforcing their shared commitment to bold flavour experiences and creative product development.
Alongside this latest noodle release, Irvins has also introduced the Salted Egg Tomato Flavored Fish Skin — a duet of golden salted egg richness and bold tomato tang. From now until 19 July, consumers can pre‑order bundle packs and receive exclusive collectible merchandise free.
