Benefitt launches plant-based option with 19g protein

Thailand’s Benefitt, a soy milk brand under Lactasoy Co., Ltd., has introduced Benefitt Plant-Based Hi Protein Original, a plant-based protein drink designed for health-conscious consumers seeking a convenient source of high-quality protein.

The beverage delivers 19g of protein per 250ml carton, sourced from a blend of soy protein and pea protein. Formulated to support muscle building and recovery, the drink is positioned for active consumers, fitness enthusiasts, busy professionals, and those looking to increase their daily protein intake without compromising on taste.

The formulation combines 95.945% soy milk, 2.5% soy protein and 1.5% pea protein, providing a complete amino acid profile that includes naturally occurring BCAAs (2,102.5mg/250ml) and a total of nine essential amino acids, nutrients commonly associated with muscle maintenance and recovery. The beverage also contains added vitamins, including vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and vitamin D, alongside omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids derived from plant sources.
Positioned as a better-for-you option, Benefitt Plant-Based Hi Protein Original contains no added sugar, is cholesterol-free, and is sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia. The product is further formulated with INS 407 (carrageenan) and natural-identical flavouring to deliver a smooth, easy-to-drink taste.
