Nestlé Indonesia has launched a functional milk drink for gut health containing soluble dietary fibres from chicory inulin and oat beta-glucan. Launched in April 2019, Nestlé Acticor (85ml) has the function of lowering cholesterol. It comes in four flavours – banana, chocolate, green tea latte and avocado. The recommended consumption is two servings a day.
Nestlé Acticor competes with Kalbe Farma’s Nutrive Benecol, which contains plant stanol ester and offers the same cholesterol reduction feature.
