FamilyMart Malaysia has introduced a new sofuto ice cream that is made with Mediterranean Sea Salt and 100% natural colouring from Spirulina extract. The new ice cream could inspire ice cream makers to come up with something similar tapping spirulina for the Instagrammable effect.
