Nabati goes all black

Indonesia’s leading wafer maker PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia (Nabati) has unveiled a new black cream cheese wafer. Known as the first in the world, the latest Nabati Wafer Richeese Black uses charcoal to turn the cheese black. The company has previously innovated with pink lava.

In the latest product, Nabati pays homage to black not just in its cream cheese wafer but also at its quick service restaurant chain Richeese Factory. At Richeese Factory, the new Richeese Black menu is all black, thanks to the use of food grade, halal-certified charcoal.
