McDonald’s Indonesia is celebrating the fasting month of Ramadan with a new limited time only offering – Ayam Lengkuas McD with Sambal Bajak. The new menu item offers citarasa nusantara (nusantara flavour) featuring McDonald’s fried chicken with bumbu serundeng lengkuas and sambal bajak (or badjak), an Indonesian chili sauce (sambal) from the province of Banten.
