Indofood has launched Chitato Lite Snack Potato Aburi Seaweed as part of its Flavors of the World series. This range brings consumers to Japan with its Aburi seaweed flavor.
Aburi, Japanese for “flaming,” is a style of sushi preparation in which raw fish is partially grilled using a blow torch to create a creamy texture and smoky fragrance.
