Indonesian coconut specialist Kara has unveiled NataKu Nata de Coco Drink at SIAL InterFOOD in Jakarta.
The new drink is available in various flavours including strawberry, original, mango and lychee. NataKu’s nata de coco is a chewy, translucent, jelly-like food produced by the fermentation of coconut cream and is a source of natural fibre.
