Lucky Cup, the coffee-focused counterpart to Mixue, has launched its first international outlet in Puchong, Malaysia. While Mixue built its reputation on affordable tea-based beverages and ice cream, it has recently ventured into coffee — an area Lucky Cup is designed to specialize in.
Lucky Cup’s Malaysian outlet offers a menu of roughly 30 beverages, spanning both coffee and tea-based creations and counts the following as its best sellers:
- Fresh Lemon Coffee – RM 3.50
- Strawberry Latte RM 6
- Lucky Latte RM 7
- Coconut Latte RM 7
- Americano RM 4.5/RM 6
- Passionfruit Coffee RM 4.5
- Mixed Berry Tea RM 2.5/RM 3
- Matcha Lucky Frappe RM 7.5
- Vanilla Ice Cream RM 1.5
The beverage lineup is divided into six distinct categories: Classic Coffee, Fruit Coffee, Signature Lattes, Fruit Teas, Lucky Frappes, and a selection of Non-Coffee options.
In China, Lucky Cup plans to expand its store network to 10,000 by the end of 2025, up from the current 7,000 stores and an increase from 4,000 at the end of 2024. In the second half of the year, the focus will shift to first- and second-tier cities represented by the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.
