FUJIFILM QuickSnap Celebrates 40 Years of Unfiltered Magic with a Youth Photography Exhibition

SINGAPORE, 14 July 2026 – Fujifilm, a leader in photography and imaging, today announces a series of multi-location pop up events celebrating the 40th anniversary of its iconic one-time-use camera, QuickSnap. The campaign runs across four locations from 25 July to 13  September 2026 at Singapore Art Museum (SAM), Our Tampines Hub, Fujifilm X Space, and One Punggol. These events aim to bridge the gap between analog joy and modern youth creativity, bringing communities together through a youth photography exhibition.

First introduced in 1986, the Fujifilm QuickSnap pioneered the concept of simple, analog photography, democratising film and allowing millions to spontaneously capture real-world moments. QuickSnap became synonymous with carefree expression with point-and-shoot moments.

Celebrating the delight of ‘the wait’, it also spotlights the authenticity that defines the analog experience. Unlike digital cameras, the QuickSnap requires users to finish the entire roll before developing their photos. This emphasizes a deliberate and increasingly rare concept in a world of instant gratification.

Little Big Views Photo Exhibition

As part of the celebration, winning participants of Fujifilm’s Little Big Views photography challenge will have their photographs showcased at the three locations. Captured on QuickSnap cameras, the exhibition offers a glimpse into how young people see the world around them, proving that meaningful photographs aren’t defined by filters or AI-generated imagery. This exhibition is categorised in three age groups, namely 9 and below, 10-14 and 15-20 years old.

Join the QuickSnap activity session & UGC Contest

Youth visiting the event can join the QuickSnap Education Corner that provides a 15-minute guided session, QuickSnap camera and digital photo scans for $29.80 only. Other fun family-friendly activities include a claw game machine and more. Adults can also take part in a social media contest by sharing their QuickSnap moments shot in Singapore on Instagram and tagging #QuickSnap40AnnivesarySG.

10 winners will be selected by 31 August and will receive 1 QuickSnap camera, redeemable at FUJIFILM X Space. The QuickSnap Education Corner will be available at Our Tampines Hub on 1-2 August and One Punggol on 12-13 September 2026. Admission to these venues is free, and all are welcome to bring back the joy of unfiltered moments.
