Among the highlights are Negeri Sembilan’s signature masak lemak dishes, featuring Smoked Beef in Spicy Coconut Gravy (Daging Salai Masak Lemak) and Mud Creeper Snails in Spicy Coconut Gravy (Siput Sedut Masak Lemak). The smoky aroma of traditional salai cooking enriches the creamy, spicy coconut gravy, while the unique texture of Mud Creeper Snails (siput sedut) offers a delightful dining experience.
