Oat milk is set to become an alternative to cow’s milk in the ever popular milk tea in Asia. This comes as Hey Tea (喜茶), one of China’s top milk tea chains, has collaborated with Sweden’s Oatly to launch a limited-edition Oatly Bobo milk tea. This milk tea will only be available in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen from 10-23 July 2019. The significance about the collaboration is it is the first time Hey Tea is using plant-based milk in its milk tea.
