Bo’s Coffee, one of the leading coffee shop chains in the Philippines, has announced the launch of the pre-ordering feature in early August 2019. Consumers just need to look up Bo’s Coffee Advance Ordering BOTTY on Facebook Messenger and place the order there before picking at the store.

This advance ordering service helps skip the queue and is perfect for those who are always on the go.

“We really want to give our loyal customers the best of both worlds. If they want to unwind and relax, they can come to our stores and enjoy the ambiance. When they want to save time and don’t have time to line up, we also have the platform for that and that’s BOTTY,” said Steve Benitez, CEO of Bo’s Coffee.

BOTTY has been introduced in 47 stores by June 2019 after launching it in March 2019. Bo’s Coffee has slightly over 100 outlets.

BOTTY not only cuts down on the waiting time, the coffee shop operator can also incorporate personalised marketing into the system. In the future, the company has plans to integrate everything on one platform.
