Singapore, 16 October 2020 – Sit back and enjoy an afternoon toast at iconic lifestyle destination CÉ LA VI’s, Breezy Brunch. This lunch-time affair seeks to bring back a convivial boozy brunch experience for guests, set against the stunning Singapore skyline.
Fans of CE LA VI’s legendary Sky High Brunch series will be happy to see its spirit kept alive with this new weekly brunch initiative. Guests are invited to celebrate the weekend with free-flowing Prosecco, white, rosé and red wine, spirits, beer and cocktails for 3 hours at $88++ to complement our a la carte menu. Indulge yourself in endless Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV Champagne for an additional $48++. Sip on signature cocktails by Lead Mixologist Andrew Hyman including the Blueberry Mule, Once In A Lifetime and Golden Age.
The drinks complement a sumptuous array of delectable contemporary Asian dishes; the menu offers a choice of Small Plates such as Wagyu Beef Tataki (S$23), Fine De Claire Oysters (S$38/68) and King Salmon-Jicama Roll (S$17) or Large Plates including the Whole Maine Lobster (based on market price), Wagyu Beef Rendang (S$41), Pan Seared Tasmanian Salmon (S$34) and Binchōtan Grilled Maimoa Lamb Chops (S$42).
No meal is complete without desserts and guests can choose to end it on a sweet note with the Mango Cheesecake (S$17), Triple Chocolate Sin (S$17), Hazelnut Brownie (S$17) or Pink Guava Kisses (S$13).
Noon is the new midnight at the iconic rooftop venue with the lively combination of music, free flow drinks and a la carte menu, all managed within the limits of Phase 2 regulations. In view of the COVID-19 situation, guests are required to check in via the Safe Entry app upon arrival and will be ushered to their seats. Guests can browse through the QR code menu and place all orders with CÉ LA VI staff to enjoy at their table.
