Singapore, 6 December 2021 – On Friday, 31 December 2021, the ’70s are making a comeback, and guests are invited to shine bright like a diamond at CÉ LA VI’s New Year’s Eve “Glitter Disco” to celebrate the last golden hour of the year. Held at the iconic Sky Lounge, there is no better place to end the year on a high note set against the stunning Singapore skyline.
Guests are welcomed to ramp up the revelry in their outfits (the brighter, the shinier, the better), pop Champagne, and join CÉ LA VI in raising a toast with their loved ones to the end of another year around the sun at the adults-only soirée, 57 floors above the shimmering city lights.
Guests can pick from a selection of dance-themed celebratory bottle packages and tasty tipples such as Discoholic (S$690++) that features one Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, ten Hoegaarden bottles, with a magnum bottle of Grey Goose and a selection of mixers; and Disco Luxe (S$490++) that includes two bottles of Zonin Special Cuvée, one Zonin Rosé, five Hoegaarden bottles with a range of spirits and mixers to choose from. Pair the drinks with an array of contemporary Asian dishes featuring the iconic Bao by CÉ LA VI – Grilled Wagyu Beef Burger (S$26++), Hokkaido Scallop & Oyster Ceviche (S$35++), Black Truffle “Sushi Rice” Risotto with Parmesan emulsion (S$54++) and Larger Sharing Plates perfect for sharing such as the Cast Iron Roasted Tuwinga Black Angus Ribeye Steak (S$78++). End the year on a sweet note with the Key Lime Pearls (S$26++), a vanilla almond cake with coconut crumble, key lime curd and margarita foam.
In addition to the celebratory offerings at the Sky Lounge, CÉ LA VI Restaurant will also offer a spectacular New Year’s Eve five-course dinner menu (S$258++). The feast begins with Triple Celebration, a Chef’s selection of stormshell clam, scallop sashimi, and Fine de Claire Oysters with laksa mayonnaise, grapefruit vinaigrette, yuzu soyu sabayon, seagrapes & caviar. The second course features dishes such as Chawanmushi with mushroom dashi and sea urchin, followed by Lobster Tail with miso hollandaise and ikura. Revel in Tuwinga Black Angus Ribeye with parsnip kombucha puree, red wine glaze, and onion jam and save some room for White Night, a decadent Champagne mousse with Champagne vanilla sorbet and grape compote.
New Year’s Eve is only celebrated once a year, and CÉ LA VI invites guests to spend time with their loved ones safely, all managed within the limits of the recent dine-in regulations. Guests are required to show proof of their full vaccination status or provide a negative PET result for the duration of his/her dine-in from MOH-approved Covid-19 test provider. Guests must check in via the TraceTogether app and will be ushered to their seats. Guests can browse through the QR code menu and place all orders with any of the CÉ LA VI staff to enjoy at their table.

In the case of rain, paid tables may transfer their pre-payment to credit for a future visit. Outdoor tables will be notified if there will be a delay or cancellation of their tables. Guests may cancel 48 hours in advance with no penalty in the case of rain.
