Café Amazon Nan Honey Process focusing on the processing technique

Café Amazon has launched a new drip coffee where the 100% Arabica coffee beans that have undergone the honey process. According to Coffee Culture, “The hardest and most demanding coffee processing method is the honey process. First, you need to carry out the pulping of the coffee and then spread it out for drying in the sun without any washing. After which it is spread thinly on special drying beds and turning them over every hour for the next 10-15 days.” The coffee is cultivated in Doi Suan Luang Ya in Nan province.
