Ministop Philippines launches Kariman Peanut Butter Cream made with SKIPPY

Ministop Philippines has launched Kariman Peanut Butter Cream made with the iconic SKIPPY peanut butter spread. The golden-brown, crispy bread that is filled with the familiar SKIPPY Peanut Butter spread is available for a limited time only. The price is PHP 20 each. SKIPPY is agressively partnering with foodservice operators to expand the application of SKIPPY into more menu items.

In a separate development, Robinsons Retail Holdings will acquire the remaining 40% stake of Japan-based Ministop Co., Ltd. in Robinsons Convenience Stores Inc. (RCSI) for an undisclosed price. This will raise Robinsons Retail’s stake in the convenience store chain from the current 60% to 100%. Ministop operated 458 branches across the country as of September 2021.
