Absolute Plant, together with Lin Innovation (Thai Roong Ruang Sugar Group) and National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), have launched Thailand’s first mycoprotein burger. The Absolute Plant mycoprotein burgers were showcased at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2022 held recently in May 2022.
Mycoprotein is low in carbohydrate, free from cholesterol, high in fibre, vitamins and beta glucan. The mycoprotein production process can reduce carbon dioxide emissions more than 90% than conventional food processing.
