The new Crispy Shrimp Pancakes feature large, golden‑fried shrimp fritters with a light, airy crunch and a distinct aroma of fresh shrimp in every bite. To elevate the flavour experience, customers can enjoy the pancakes tossed in Potato Corner’s signature seasoning powders. A highlight of the launch is the introduction of a brand‑new seasoning — Tom Yum Shrimp Paste Powder — which delivers a double dose of shrimp flavour with a spicy, tangy twist inspired by Thailand’s iconic tom yum dish.
Priced from just THB 69, the Crispy Shrimp Pancakes are now available at Potato Corner outlets nationwide (excluding airport branches, pop‑ups, and food trucks). Customers may also opt to enhance their order with truffle seasoning for an additional THB 10 per cup.
