Hibiscus’s natural colour is driving the ‘eat with your eyes’ trend. A recent example comes from Germany with the launch of Lipton Sensations Pink Ice Tea — a premium, multi‑sensory take on refreshment that blends layered fruity flavors, hibiscus and aromatic Oolong tea. The range comes in two flavours: Strawberry Swirl and Peach Paradise.

With its naturally vibrant pink shade and a brand world inspired by the Riviera, this launch was crafted to capture attention — infusing everyday life with brightness, a sense of escape and a touch of indulgence.

Another case we discussed is ZAAP Highland Pink Sriracha, introduced by NR Instant Produce PCL. Making headlines as the world’s first pink sriracha hot chili sauce, it was unveiled at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026.
