New Experiences and Discoveries at The Gifting Edition 2026
More than a shopping destination, Boutiques pairs the best of Singaporean and global design with a slate of complementary lifestyle experiences that allow visitors to get up-close with Singapore’s creative scene, take part in hands-on experiences, or visit specially curated zones to pause and recharge.
Singapore Design Gift Store: Located in Room 2A and created in collaboration with Dsg, the Singapore Design Gift Store offers a thoughtful way to encounter and engage with local design. Curated by Priscilla Tan, Principal Designer at Supermama and Clara Yee, designer and co-founder of Magicfruit, the space brings together design collectives including Just A Band Of Creatives, Observation House and PRINTCENTRE. The showcase puts these emerging design practices into closer conversation with the public, offering visitors the opportunity to discover ideas that are designed to be given, treasured and enjoyed.
Charlotte Cain, founder of Boutiques Singapore, says: “Discovery has always been at the heart of Boutiques. Beyond finding something you want to take home, we want visitors to encounter new ideas, meet the designers, and hear the stories behind the things they see. With the Singapore Design Gift Store, we are extending that same spirit of discovery to a focused showcase of Singapore design, bringing together the people, collectives and ideas behind the work.”
Tamsin Greulich-Smith, Group Head, Community Engagement & Activation Group of Dsg says: “Good design takes many forms, and seeing different creative approaches can expand our understanding of what good design can be. With Boutiques growing from strength to strength with each edition, we’re pleased to return with a new concept and showcase, offering visitors a fresh way to engage directly with diverse and emerging Singapore creative practices and the designers behind them.”
GOFY puts a playful spin on gifting with a fun “Naughty or Nice” concept: With a minimum $10 donation to one of five charity partners, visitors can choose a wrapping paper and gift card pairing based on who they are buying for — from “Frenemy vs. Bestie” for friends and “Spicy vs. Sweet” for partners — with eight artist-designed wrapping paper styles and matching gift cards to choose from. Alongside the wrapping experience, artist-led workshops and drop-in activities — designed for all ages and skill levels — will offer more ways to get creative.

Hideaway: The massage and bathhouse concept from New Bahru brings a pocket of relaxation to the F1 Pit Building, offering 15-minute neck and shoulder or hand and arm massages for those looking for a pause between shopping. Hideaway will also make its exclusive retail debut at Boutiques with a range of personal care essentials built around its signature scent, co-created with POSTCARD.
Aura Obscura: Get a snapshot of your energy with Aura Obscura, a curious blend of art, science and self-discovery. Using a camera with biofeedback sensors, it translates subtle changes in the body’s electrical activity into colourful aura portraits, captured on Instax Wide film — a one-of-a-kind snapshot to take home.
The Artground & That’s Neat: Families can look forward to an expanded kids’ drop-off area anchored by The Artground and That’s Neat, featuring new hands-on workshops this season, including candle making and recyclable weaving.

Delectable F&B concepts: There are plenty of opportunities to refuel throughout the event, from Arc-en-ciel Patisserie’s ice cream parfaits and KAFE UTU’s African-inspired food and coffee, to Michelin Guide-listed gelato from Birds of Paradise. Over at The Garage Café, Cheeselads will serve up indulgent dishes like Baked Camembert and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, while Mahmud’s Tandoor brings its homegrown Pakistani-Indian favourites to the table.

Wodd Bangkok: Inspired by architecture and structural forms, the brand will showcase two collections at Boutiques Singapore: FOUNDATION, its signature collection of bold, sculptural jewellery, and FORM, a newer collection taking a more refined and minimal approach. FORM also introduces materials such as Black Onyx, continuing the brand’s exploration of architecture through wearable design.

Tow Tow: The Singapore-born label will debut its first-ever System Collection, an ecosystem of interchangeable straps, pouches, hardware and charms that gives shoppers the freedom to build a bag around their needs and personal style. Boutiques Showcase Grant: Supporting Singapore’s Next Generation of Creatives
At the core of Boutiques is a commitment to discovering and supporting Singapore’s most promising creative voices. Acting as a springboard for emerging talents, the Boutiques Showcase Grant equips up-and-coming labels with financial assistance, marketing guidance, and mentorship.
The Gifting Edition 2026 marks a record cohort of 11 recipients, all of whom are new to the programme. It comprises brands that experiment with new forms and materials, find fresh solutions to everyday needs, and place a strong emphasis on craft and design.

VESSELS: Combining modular design with 3D printing, VESSELS turns a functional lighting piece into something that can continually evolve with its owner. Its HOLD ONTO THIS Modular Mood Lamps, made from plant-based PLA filament, use interchangeable components — an approach that reflects the studio’s willingness to experiment with both material and function.

VOR: A new female jewellery collection will make its debut at Boutiques, spanning stainless-steel rings, necklaces and bracelets. Each piece is produced in small quantities and brought to life by VOR’s master artisans, highlighting the label’s emphasis on meticulous craftsmanship.

PLOOK PLOOK: A creative 3D printing design studio that’s dedicated to blending aesthetics and functionality in modern homeware, PLOOK PLOOK will launch a new lamp design at Boutiques, alongside Perpetual Elsewhere, a moving art piece created with Dirtydoodies. Selected works will also be available with free colour customisation, letting visitors put their own spin on the designs.

Tauruscamp: These minimalist wallets and everyday-carry pieces are designed in Singapore and handmade for practical use. The brand will also bring a live hot-stamp personalisation counter to Boutiques, bringing the craft process directly to visitors.

The Needy Socks: Born from its founder’s experience as a nurse, The Needy Socks rethinks compression socks for everyday wear, combining its GlideKnit™ construction — designed to make them easier to put on while retaining graduated compression — with more playful, eye-catching designs.
Uniplay and Unibotanic: These two brands will come together to explore how discarded materials can be transformed into products for everyday life. Uniplay turns discarded PET bottles into rPETG filament for 3D printing, while Unibotanic works with alternative materials, such as vegan leathers made with fruit-industry byproducts, to create pieces like the AppleSkin Soft-Touch Dumbbell Set.

Tokonoma: Inspired by the Japanese tokonoma, a space where objects are thoughtfully selected and arranged for guests, this multi-disciplinary studio brings the same sense of intention to contemporary design. It will present a range of new and Boutiques-exclusive pieces including a vintage-wash chore jacket, mud-dyed denim, and a cotton twill shopper’s tote.
Together with Issho Labo, Kii Workshop and WASTD, the 11 recipients reflect the breadth
and creativity of Singapore’s design scene.
