Farm Fresh has introduced the Cream Hauz Caramel Biscuit, a creamy caramel ice cream blended with crunchy biscuit bits that delivers both smooth sweetness and satisfying texture. Made with quality dairy, this indulgent treat is designed as a quick and tasty dessert for any occasion, reinforcing Farm Fresh’s commitment to expanding its ice cream portfolio.
The launch comes as Farm Fresh accelerates its presence in the ice cream segment. Since debuting consumer‑packaged ice cream from its Taiping plant in August 2024, the company has used this facility to validate new products and roll them out quickly, including offerings for the HORECA channel. Looking ahead, Farm Fresh’s Enstek plant, slated to be operational in mid‑2026, will provide large‑scale production capacity of about one million pieces of ice cream per day. This expansion will allow the company to diversify formats, move some production to Enstek, and strengthen its position in the fast‑growing frozen treat market.
By the end of Q4 FY26, Farm Fresh aims to increase its ice cream brand lines from three to at least five, with cones introduced to capture a share of the impulse segment, which accounts for roughly 25% of sales volume. The company is also exploring OEM opportunities and exports to ASEAN markets, while expanding its freezer footprint from 11,200 units today to a target of 13,500 by December 2026.
