In the field of medicine, the key to achieving effective and safe weight loss lies in a core principle: reducing calorie intake to prompt the body to utilize stored fat for energy. However, it’s imperative to ensure adequate intake of high-quality protein to preserve muscle mass, essential for maintaining metabolic efficiency and sustainable weight management. Additionally, incorporating heart-healthy fats and ensuring sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals are essential components. TSK Foods unveiled its latest Kang Kang Chili Crab Noodle Box and Singapore’s first fresh rice vermicelli at FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 in Singapore. The new Chili Crab Noodle Box joins the existing microwaveable Noodle Box range comprising Pad Thai Noodles, Hokkaido Ramen, and Char Kway Teow, all of which come in fresh pasteurized noodles and individually packed condiments. Nestlé Harvest Gourmet Sensational Mini Burgers are packed with wholesome ingredients

Nestlé Malaysia has introduced the new Nestlé Harvest Gourmet Sensational Mini Burgers. Each pack contains six delectable vegan mini burger patties that can be air-fried from frozen in just 8 mins at 180°C. 

In the official social media posting, the company describes the plant-based mini burgers as “packed with wholesome ingredients like soya, beetroot, carrot, and blackcurrant” to emphasise their naturalness.

The plant-based mini burgers are suitable for smaller meal occasions for one or as a snack.
