Indonesia’s PT Ajinomoto has unveiled its latest spicy enhancer seasoning under the Piliplus banner. Piliplus is designed for the foodservice industry to help reduce the amount of fresh chilies used by 30%. The price of fresh chilies fluctuates, thus making cost control difficult.
With Piliplus, the uncertainties with fresh chilli price can be controlled. Piliplus is made from, among others, sugar, salt, bombay onions, white onions, red onions and taste enhancer.
