To ensure consumers still have access to their favourite Geprek Bensu, the Indonesian foodservice player has now released Buat Geprek Bensu Sendiri pack or DIY Geprek Bensu. This is another example to show how foodservice players have to adopt an agile and flexible business model during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Indonesian government has just announced its strictest restrictions. Known as Emergency Enforcement of Restrictions on Public Activities (Emergency PPKM), the move is aimed at curbing the resurgence in cases and will be implemented from 3 July 2021 until 20 July 2021 and may be extended.
In this environment where dine-in is prohibited, consumers can still make their own Geprek Bensu with the DIY pack. They just need to prepare their own chicken to go with the pack.

- Geprek Saus Padang
- Geprek Cabe Garam
