Indonesia’s KopiKalyan, a specialty coffee roaster with cafes in Jakarta, has collaborated with Otniel Christofer, founder of Onward Coffee Company. The new Project Sangrai 1.4 is part of KopiKalyan’s Project Sangrai to invite Indonesian coffee champions to curate their favourite Indonesian beans to be roasted at KopiKalyan’s roastery.
Project Sangrai 1.4 is the fourth partnership with Otniel Christofer using coffee beans grown in Desa Mekarwangi in West Bandung. The coffee is then turned into an RTD cold brew coffee with added white grape extract.
