Samonyu, which sells fresh seafood online, has launched Malaysia’s first salmon jerky. The Samonyu Salmon Jerky is made from 100% Norwegian salmon and is perfect for gifting. The product is priced at RM 99 for a 500g pack comprising 24/26 units in individual vacuum packed packaging.
Brands are looking for alternatives to meat and pork when making better-for-you jerky and this is where salmon fits the bill.
