Meatless Kingdom, a food technology company producing mushroom and plant-based food products in Indonesia, has teamed up with Fiber Crème (PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo), a non-dairy creamer supplier, to create healthier plant-based rendang at Hannover Messe in Hannover, Germany. Fiber Crème is known for its Ellenka Fiber Crème, a multi-purpose, less sugar, and high fiber creame.
According to Meatless Kingdom, this product is “made with carefully selected ingredients and produced using environmentally friendly methods”. The company adds “this plant-based Rendang will be the ideal choice for those who want to savor the authentic flavors of Rendang while opting for healthier and more sustainable ingredients.
