KETRO Brings Korean-Style Burgers to Thailand Secures Exclusive Rights to ‘LOTTERIA’ and Prepares Nationwide Expansion

29 June 2026  –  KETRO Co., Ltd. has taken a significant step in expanding its food business portfolio by announcing the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LOTTE GRS, a subsidiary of Lotte Group specializing in international foodservice and restaurant franchises from South Korea. Under this agreement, KETRO will exclusively develop and operate the quick service restaurant (QSR) brand “LOTTERIA” in Thailand, aiming to capture the younger generation with creative and distinctive menu offerings.

Mr. Seongrag Pyo, Managing Director of KETRO Co., Ltd., stated that Thailand’s quick service restaurant (QSR) market continues to grow steadily, driven by consumer demand for convenience, speed, and affordability, alongside the strong popularity of Korean culture and cuisine among Thai consumers. Securing the exclusive master franchise rights to develop and manage “LOTTERIA” in Thailand marks a pivotal milestone in strengthening KETRO’s food business portfolio. He expressed confidence that the synergy between Saha Group’s extensive food business network and LOTTE GRS’s international expertise will accelerate LOTTERIA’s rise as a favorite brand among Thai consumers.
