Indonesia’s Nabati has tapped into coconut for its Nextar range. Nextar first started off as a pineapple tart filled with pineapple jam. Then came Nextar Choco Brownies, which is brownies cookies with soft-textured chocolate cream filling inside. The latest is Nextar Sagon Klapa Lava, which is a combination of sagon cookies (coconut cookies) and coconut cream.
The coconut flavour is also featured in the new product under the flagship Nabati Sandwich. The new Nabati Sandwich Klapa Lava is described as a coconut vanilla flavoured cream wafer.
