PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, the maker of Sari Roti, recorded strong sales during the first quarter of 2020, up by 15.3% year-on-year, driven by sales through the traditional trade, up 26.1%, while modern trade grew 13.5%. Modern trade still accounted for the bulk of the revenue.
The company is building two new factories, respectively in Pekanbaru and Banjarmasin, and they will be put into operation by the end of 2020.
