Imperial, the flagship brand of Thailand’s KCG Corporation, has launched two plant-based spreads – sunflower oil and extra virgin olive. The new Imperial Plant Spread is positioned for vegetarians and can be used for cooking and meal preparations. The choice of “plant spread” leverages on the current health halo associated with the plant-based diet. The sunflower oil contains palm oil.
