CRUST partners with Cold Storage to sell pilsner-style beer made from surplus bread

CRUST Group, which uses surplus ingredients like bread and waste like fruit peels and reincarnate them into unique products, has partnered with Cold Storage in Singapore.

The partnership will see CRUST using surplus bread from CS Fresh to produce Born & Bread, a pilsner-style beer that is light and refreshing, with crisp notes of malt and cereal.

CRUST’s line of sustainable craft beers are now available on Shopee Singapore. Click here to purchase now.

The CRUST model to turn surplus bread into beer may not be suitable for Malaysia but the concept of turning fruit peels into health-focused and functional non-alcoholic beverages can be an excellent choice for brands looking to strengthen their ESG commitment.

CRUST’s Born & Bread is now available at: Cold Storage Anchorpoint, Alocassia, Fusionopolis, Greenwich, Greenwood, HarbourFront Centre, Holland Village, Hougang, Kallang Leisure Park, Marina One, Northpoint City, Parkway Parade, Plaza Singapura, Sentosa Cove, Serangoon NEX, Link@896, Takashimaya, Tampines 1, United Square, West Coast Plaza. CS Fresh Cluny Court, Great World, Star Vista. CS Fresh Gold Paragon. Jasons Deli ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, Marina Bay Link Mall. Market Place Tanglin.
