Cold Stone Creamery, operated by Central Restaurants Group Co. Ltd. in Thailand, has piloted the packaged version of its ice cream for the retail market at Tops Supermarket. The ice cream in a tub format targets the in-home eating trend, which has accelerated during the pandemic. The retail packaged version provides consumers with another option beyond takeaway and dine-in.
The plan is to expand the distribution point to cover all Tops Supermarket as well as covering other modern trade channels in the future.
Cold Stone Creamery Coffee Lover (290g) is priced at THB 299 (regular price THB 349) at Tops Supermarket until 30 June 2022.
