Vietnam’s dairy producer Lothamilk has recently launched Lothamilk Plus+ Unsweetened Pasteurized Fresh Milk, made from 100% pure fresh milk collected just 8 hours before production. The product is processed with modern European‑standard pasteurization technology and is the first in Vietnam to apply vacuum dehydration in pasteurized milk production. It offers a preservative‑free, nutrient‑rich source of protein, calcium, vitamins, and minerals, with a special composition of 4.3% fat and 3.2% protein.
Vacuum dehydration in pasteurized milk production refers to removing water from milk under reduced pressure, which lowers the boiling point and allows moisture to be extracted at lower temperatures. This helps preserve nutrients, flavor, and texture while extending shelf life.
